Yeah, I know. It’s been a while.
Murphys law dictates that the first week you transition from a contracting position to full-time employee status, you work your first 60+ week in four years. And while I would love to discuss the new project I’ve been spending at least twelve hours a day on, the project is classified until launch.
It makes it very, very difficult to blog about your day when your day consists of waking up, driving to work, working on said classified project until midnight, driving home and falling face first on your bed as you pass out. Not to say that the work isn’t interesting and I don’t enjoy what I do – far from it – I just have nothing to write about that wouldn’t get me fired from work. Or having it sound like a LiveJournal entry.
So I’m going to lay low for a while, not that it was completely obvious by my posts every two and a half weeks. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks or whenever something mind-blowingly zany crosses my path; whatever comes first. The mini-blog will continue like usual.
Peace out!
