Where I work, people leave and, if they don’t achieve sufficient momentum, come back in what we call the “Boomerang” effect.

I also understand the need to talk all the way around the subject. I’m just glad you’re posting. I also had a Canadian “almost a move” and am now revving up to move somewhere else (not nearly as cool as San Fransisco!)

I rollerskated to that freaking Commodores’ song and now it’s stuck in my head and it’s ALL YOUR FAULT.
