Tonight, an online chat with Eric, of Eric Conveys an Emotion.

Eric: you shoulda gotten online earlier today. i had a couple extra tickets to an A's game tonite. but people couldnt come cuz it was all last minute. but you are fellow unemployed. no stupid work to get in the way
Ernie: just as well. i was working on my nerd badge and i went to see LOTR: Two Towers in the theaters… only 2 years after it was first released
Eric: nice. i heard star wars return of the jedi was a cool movie, you should check it out
Ernie: hahaha
Ernie: is that the one with the sharks? and they eat people at the beach?
Eric: yeah. and then one of the sharks forms a bond with a young boy and has a glowing fin but then it goes back to outer space
Ernie: and then.. the musical interlude!
Eric: best movie ever

Love the final line… “best movie ever.” If I am getting that reference right, then that’s really funny!

If not, then just ignore me. :)
(No, I’m not going to say what I think he’s quoting…I’d feel like too much of a geek if I were wrong!)

And the John Williams score was fantastic. Especially when the evil shark troops were massing on the beach with walkie-talkies in their hands!

Definitely best movie ever.

Although I was rivetted by the part where he flew aroung the Earth really fast to make time go backwards so the Nazis wouldn’t uncover the secret of the golden fleece.

I think you left out the part about the high-speed chase with lots of obstacles flying at the vehicle / characters … and clever dialogue over the top of the scene … lines such as, “Oooh! That had to hurt!”

You guys are all wrong, the best part was the vampire dwarf being tossed by the Texas ranger. Now that was a scene.
