We interrupt this vacation…
Don’t mind me, I’ve been in Texas for the past three or four days for the SXSW Conferece. People always run around here with their laptops and wireless ethernet connections, lying on the floor in the hallways, busy sending e-mail and instant messages live blogging and blogging by mobile phone or hiptop device or whatever. Me myself, I’m on vacation. Sometimes, it requires an event where everyone is going at the speed of light to slow down a bit.
The conference has been enjoyable, minus the massive week-long fever that I’m still suffering from. I’ll write about this little thing I had to speak for, or the moment when John took me to a salon for the first time, or the time I very publically lost $20 in a bet involving RSS and folk music. Oh yeah, and I won an award or five.
And now, back to the conference…
