Start career, leave career to take care of kids, try to get back into career, leave again to take care of parents, try giving career another go. At least you can commiserate.

If anything it shows the pipeline doesn't have the capacity to handle any type of caregiving, so honestly it's less "at least I can commisserate" and more "I showed up late to a thing women have been dealing with forever, glad to be in good company, sorry about the reason any of us are in it."
